POSITION OBJECTIVE 设置此职位目的:
Assist Plant Safety Manager to overall control and manage the EHS activities for the whole plant site and poultry department.
协助食品厂安全经理完成整个食品厂和活禽部门厂区的职业安全、健康环保工作

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:
With the reference to Tyson’s EHS Framework and local/international regulation requirement, develop and drive strong EHS management programs in Jiangsu Complex to prevent EHS related non-compliances and support business teams to maintain a safe, healthy and environment friendly work place during research and development activities execution.
参照泰森食品EHS要求及国家、地方规范，在食品厂执行EHS管理程序，确保厂区内无相关EHS违规，并确保我们的作业现场的安全及健康；

Participate in regular EHS Compliance Self-Assessment, identify, investigate and provide practical solutions to the causes of EHS non-compliances, drive the findings to full closure if they occur.
参与常规的EHS自检工作，确认并调查相关的EHS违规事项，查找原因并完成纠正工作；

Track and understand those emerging local and international EHS regulations to timely identify the potential impact to JS Tyson’s activities in China. Work with business partners to identify and implement necessary actions to ensure our activities are enabled in China with full EHS compliance.
熟悉当地及国际EHS规定，及时跟踪这些规定对于公司国内业务的影响。与客户保持联系，确保公司在国内的业务行为满足EHS规范；

Coordinate with Plant Safety Manager to ensure the EHS Management Programs are successfully implemented in JS Tyson.
配合工厂安全经理执行工厂的EHS管理程序；

Follow site Management of Change process to timely evaluate, screen then approve or disapprove new or modified equipment, process or facility.
跟踪现场的变更管理，及时评估设备改造及工艺流程；

Conduct EHS Risk Assessments and Process Hazard Analyses to define the appropriate technical solutions to mitigate the identified hazards;
执行EHS风险评估及工艺风险分析，制定合适的技术方案，降低潜在风险；

Assist Plant Safety Manager to develop EHS training programs for specific processes and operations, and deliver courses to site personnel;
协助工厂安全经理编制EHS培训计划；

Assist Plant Safety Manager to implement and maintain a strong electrical safety and LOTO program in accordance with Tyson procedures;
协助工厂安全经理执行公司要求的挂牌上锁政策；

Perform EHS inspections and audits of working areas, equipment and processes, follow up all identified findings to full closure.
对作业现场、设备及工艺进行EHS检查及审核，识别潜在风险并进行跟踪整改；

Assist Plant Safety Manager to promote a strong EHS culture in Tyson through dedication to EHS excellence, internal communications and personal behavior;
协助工厂安全经理推行EHS企业文化；

Assist Plant Safety Manager to participate in incident investigations, identify root causes and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
协助工厂安全经理进行事故调查，识别事故根源并进行纠正措施；

Assist Plant Safety Manager to work with management team to build up ICS (Incident Command System)
协助工厂安全经理与管理团队建立ICS系统；

Work with Plant Safety Manager to coordinate with local authorities (e.g. EPA, Fire-bureau, Quality-Control Authority and etc.), to ensure our activities to meet national standard;
配合工厂安全经理与地方政府的联系（例如：环保局、消防局、质监局等），确保公司行为符合国家规范；

Assist Plant Safety Manager to finish the Orientation Safety Training and ensure the Team Member clear about Tyson Safety Value Mandate;
协助工厂安全经理完成员工入职安全培训，确保员工熟悉公司安全规定；

Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Plant Safety Manager & Plant Manager
工厂安全经理及厂长布置的其他任务。

Speciality专业要求：安全或环境工程或其他相关工程专业
