1. Responsible for designing and implementing the overall production process for programming, calibrating, testing, and configuring new products in NPI/MP.
2. Responsible for failure modes and effects analysis, conduct system simulations.
3. Responsible for generating and updating test software requirement, test software design specification, related validation documents and test software user manual.
4. Responsible for Test board and program development for NPI, yield improvement and test cost reduction.
5. To communicate with test team in sister company in Europe.
6. Train the test technicians and test operators on test hardware/software, and trouble shooting skills.
7. Deal with test yield problems via analyzes root causes, developing and coordinating corrective actions and monitoring improvements.
8. Develop test hardware, program check list and knowledge database to ensure robust NPI and improvement product quality.
9. Work with NPI team for new product development to find out the solution for test issue.
10. Other duties assigned by manager.


Qualification:

1. More than 5 years' experience in test hardware/software development to support NPI process, product yield improvement, and test cost reduction in EMS industry.
2. Bachelor degree or equivalent in Micro-electronics, Automatic Control.
3. Capable of programming languages.
4. Have the experience in Lean and Six Sigma will be a plus.
5. Good at communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English in both Written and Oral.
6. Proactive, self-motivated, result/goal oriented and be willing to face pressure and challenge.
7. Customer orientation, team spirit, initiative and work independently.
