岗位职责：
1. 开发海外采购商客户。通过电话、邮件、网络等工具进行公司Sourcing服务的介绍，完成客户开发任务；
2. 通过电话和Email充分理解客户需求，引导客户并与之建立长期合作关系。
3. 及时跟踪及处理客户反馈信息，提高客户满意度，使买家持续使用PartsSourcing的系统；
4. 收集和分析客户信息及需求，协助工程师做客户匹配工作。

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for data collection & clean-up in North American region. Call pre-qualified sales leads to qualify the prospect.
2. Analyze prospect buyers, visit buyers to describe the PartsSourcing service and generate interest in an appropriate PartsSourcing subscription, make sale & collect RFQs to meet monthly individual sales target.
3. Maintain good relation with all buyers from these regions, provide service and support to them.

岗位要求：
1.大专或以上学历，市场营销，国际商务相关专业,有机械设计和制造专业知识优先考虑；
2.1年以上机械相关外贸工作经验,能看懂机械零件图纸，熟悉机械加工工艺；

3.较强的商业意识及谈判技巧，开拓能力强，能独立解决问题；

4.熟悉市场开拓、外贸知识和操作技巧，有良好的商务谈判，客户沟通等经验；

5.优秀的英语书面及口头表达能力，英语八级或CET六级以上能与国外采购商直接邮件或电话沟通交流；

6.具有较强的进取精神和团队精神，工作认真，责任心强，抗压性强，能在工作时间出色完成任务。

Requirements:
1. Fluent verbal and written English.
2. Excellent communication, presentation and selling skills.
3. Self-motivated and able to stay on task.
