Job Accountabilities/Tasks:
· Managing the warehouse overseeing the receipt, co-ordination and safety of goods coming through a warehouse
· Overseeing dispatch on time to the right destinations and in the right quantities
· Coordinating all processes to ensure customer satisfaction
· Ensuring quality objectives are met, whilst operating within the allocated budget and meeting delivery deadlines, by being flexible and working in the most efficient way with the given resources
· Training staff, monitoring performance and progress
· Ensuring the health, safety and cleanliness of the work environment, overseeing monthly inspections of all vehicles and machinery
Developing the business by analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions
Job-Related Requirements:
· Age over 30
· 8-10 years experiences on warehousing and transportation
· Rich experience on FMCG or Garment WHS management
· With supply chain knowledge
· Email communication skill
· Commuciable English
· Proactive working attitude
· Highly motivated and self-discipline
Excellent negotiation skill
