Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
·Assist material/products cost management
·Manage orders operation and production tracking
·Inspection schedule control and follow up
·Responsible for On-time-delivery control and improvement
·Monitor shipping documents
·Office administration and common share information management
·Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Good Excel and Office software application capability
2. Good oral and written English
3. Working Knowledge and experience of supply chain in Western company is a must and administration experience is preferred
4. Well organized, patient, smart and Co-operative
5. Minimum 5 year working experience
Responsibility Metrics
Purchase order management, OTD tracking and administrations of SH office along with other duties assigned

Well organized, patient and smart. Co-operative, honest and loyal to the company
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, engineering or relevant fields

· Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
· Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
