Summary / 总体描述：

Process / quote / answer questions on new and existing orders via phone, fax and e-mail. Works with other departments throughout the organization to assure customer satisfaction on all orders processed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive, acknowledge and respond to customers requests by means of phone, fax, e-mail and written correspondence in a timely, efficient manner.
通过电话，传真，电邮和信件的方式，来接收，处理，回答客户的产品咨询和询价；

Enter orders accurately into the Direct Order Entry (DOE) program. CSR’s will meet the performance expectations established by management.
在CRM系统中准确的输入采购订单，同时达成管理层之前设定的订单准确率

Be available for incoming calls in the queue as assigned during the Customer Service Department business hours, demonstrating the most professional phone skills a customer could ever expect (exceeding our customers’ expectations!).
在指定的工作时间内接听客户的来电，并能以专业，耐心，友好的态度与客户进行交流，达到管理层之前设定的满意回馈率

Check customer’s profile prior to entering quotes and/or orders and verify each customer’s profile is kept current.
在输入报价或订单之前，养成始终检查客户资讯的习惯，以保证客户的登录信息始终最新；

Learn and obtain information on any new product development, system improvements and departmental procedures.
能够仔细学习并快速掌握新的产品，新的操作系统，以及新的部门操作流程；

Conduct, communicate and represent themselves in the most honest, ethical, respectful, loyal and trustworthy behavior toward Mate’s customers and employees.

Verify, expedite and update customer order delivery.
检查，操作，监控客户订单的流程和进行；

Quote accurate prices of basic assemblies and shapes to customers in an efficient manner (accurate information is supplied by Marketing).

Abide by the Mate Precision Tooling Employee Handbook. Also, follow instructions listed in the On-Line Resource / Customer Service Department Guidelines for specific departmental policies and procedures.

Physical Demands 身体要求

Individual must be able to perform data entry requirements proficiently, lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, and access departmental files and equipment. Initial training requires cross training in the shipping department requiring standing, twisting and bending.
