Purpose
? To develop new business and follow up with the existing accounts to generate more business.

Primary Responsibilities
? Achieve the budget which is assigned by the management.
? Formulate successful market strategy & plan for achieving individual targets.
? Prepare and attend client meetings.
? Maintain daily log of client visits, schedules and cargo opportunity.
? Respond to incoming queries and ensure the resolution of service delivery issues.
? Promote existing service lines into the market in accordance with the businesses objectives.
? Coordinate with the Customer Service, Operations and Accounts departments.
? Obtain market information and report to the management.
? Manage the accounts assigned by the management.
? Locate, secure and re-activate the new / lost customers.
? Submit weekly sales report.

Other Responsibilities
? Other specific responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Qualifications / Experience
? Minimum 1 year’s Sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
? Should have good knowledge of freight forwarding.
? Fluent Mandarin skills - both Written and Spoken to liaise with customers and associates.
? Basic English Speaking Skills.
? Well versed in Word / Excel / Outlook / Internet

Compensation
? As per industry standards.
