Main Responsibilities:

主要职责

1. Handle customer's complaints, return products failure analysis, find root cause and define corrective actions

处理客户投诉，进行退货失效分析，找出根本原因并制定纠正措施

2. Create and follow-up 8D-reports, check the efficiency of the acting implemented

创建并跟踪8D报告，检查纠正措施的实施有效性

3. Preparing customer's audits

负责客户审核的准备工作

4. Create PPAP documentation according customer's requirements

根据客户要求创建PPAP文件

5. Follow-up PPAP and check release status

跟踪PPAP执行及认证状态

Minimum Requirements:

岗位要求

1. At lease Bachelor degree on engineering or science area

工程类或理科相关专业本科及以上学历

2. Min 2 years experience in quality or engineering area

至少2年质量或工程相关工作经验

3. With customer handling experience

具备处理客户质量问题相关经验

4. Good English, both written and Oral

良好的英语书写及口头表达能力

5. Knowledge of electronics, willing to learn technical matter

具备电子相关知识及学习技术的意愿

6. Open minded, can working under pressure, good team spirit
