Main Responsibilities:

主要职责

1. Achieve annual business target, preferred customer relationship and appropriate level of customer satisfaction

完成年度业务目标, 维护良好的客户关系和客户满意度

2. Keep and enlarge delivery shares of current business to achieve sales target and growth expectation

维持和拓展现有业务，实现销售目标和业务增长预期

3. New business development with target profit level

确保公司目标利润水平基础上开拓新业务

4. Follow up and supervise new product and new project management

跟踪及督促新产品和新项目管理

5. Carry out market research and identify potential customers and products to be developed/promoted

进行市场调研，寻找潜在客户和产品进行开发及推广

6. Validate all commercial proposals and implement company business policy

审核各项商务提案，严格执行公司商务运营相关政策

7. Carry out long/middle term business plan

拟定中长期商务计划

8. Carry out customer business development strategy

制定客户发展商务战略

9. Payment collection

负责客户应收账款事宜

10.Contract review, customer survey and work with related department on the plan

负责商务合同审核、客户满意度调查以及与相关部门合作完成修正计划

11.Deal with customer complaint and work out improvement plan

处理客户投诉,制定改进计划

Minimum Requirements:

岗位要求

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or other engineering discipline

工商管理、市场营销或其它工科专业学士学位

2. Min 3 years sales experience in Automotive industry, experience of dealing with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers will be preferred

至少3年汽车行业销售工作经验,有整车厂及一级供应商管理经验者优先

3. Fluent in English and Mandarin, any other foreign language will be plus

中英文流利，会其它外语优先

4. Analytical & decision making capability
