Main Responsibilities:

主要职责

1. Process planning for automotive product to ensure that new products and product changes are producible.

汽车产品的制程规划并确保新产品设计及产品更改的生产可行性

2. Make concepts of new production fixture and equipment.

制定新产品的工装及设备方案

3. Purchase and validate production fixture and equipment.

参与生产夹具和设备的采购及确认

4. Create and support preparation of production documents, such as assembly concept, flow chart, PFMEA, work- and inspection instructions.

新建或支持提供生产准备文件,如组装方案,流程图,PFMEA,作业指导书和检验说明书

5. Evaluation of target times.

评估任务目标时间节点

6. Plan and control the schedule of sub-project which related to the IE, such as PFMEA, fixture, tester, equipment, production line, packaging etc.

计划和控制项目中工业工程相关部分的进度，如PFMEA,夹具、测试机、设备、生产线及包装等

7. Project coordination between different departments for projects such as product changes.

就项目期间相关事宜协调各部门工作，例如：产品变更

8. Production transfers; also departments at HQ in Germany and Switzerland may be involved.

参与涉及到德国总部及瑞士工厂的生产转移

9. Support of production department.

向生产部门提供技术支持

10.Coordination and organization of production line transfers.

协调和组织生产线转移

11.CIP (continuous improvement process).

CIP(持续改进过程)。

12.Conformance to the management system requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

岗位要求

1. Bachelor of engineering in precision engineering, mechanical engineering, electro-technic mechanics.

工程学本科学历，精密工程，机械工程，电子技术，力学专业

2. More than 5 years relevant experience in process planning of electro-mechanical components.

五年以上机电类产品制程计划经验

3. Knowledge in assembly, SMT and THT, plastic injection and stamping.

有装配，SMT, THT，注塑及冲压经验

4. Fluent spoken and written English.

英语书写及口语流利

5. Very high responsibility and motivation.

具备较强的责任感及动力

6. Ability to work independently.

能够独立工作

7. Strong trouble shooting capability

较强的解决问题能力、

8. Ability to assert oneself, independent decision making according to project targets.
