岗位职责：
1）负责网店日常运营，产品维护更新，能独立操作店铺陈列，增强店铺吸引力和销量；
2）产品文案编写及店铺活动策划
3）负责网店推广活动，提高网店点击率和浏览量和转化率；
4）分析淘宝关键字排序规则，制定商品命名规则，挖掘产品亮点与卖点；
4）定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，及时提出营销改进措施，给出切实可行的改进方案；
5）定期对网店流量、营销数据、交易数据、产品管理、客户管理等进行系统分析，策划组织网络推广活动，做好效果评估，提出应对方案；
6）制定运营计划和销售计划，指导团队工作，对网站功能、布局、推广、服务等方面提出行之有效的改进措施；
任职要求：
1）大专以上学历；
2）二年以上相关工作经验；
3）熟悉淘宝规则流程，网店布置，装修维护，商品上传，网店推广等全面工作流程；
4）有直通车、钻石展位、硬广、淘宝客、超级麦霸、帮派等各种淘宝推广相关经验；
5）善于使用淘宝后台各项数据工具，具有较强的数据分析能力；
6）思维活跃，有创新意识，有良好的沟通能力，和较强的团队领导能力；
