销售助理

岗位职责

1、积极主动接待顾客,了解顾客需求,按照公司销售策略完成销售指标；
2、通过与顾客接触了解,及时记录与反馈顾客的需求以及意见建议;
3、及时对负责区域进行补货,确保商品充足及按标准陈列;
4、负责做好货品销售记录、盘点、账目核对等工作，按规定完成各项销售统计工作；
5、完成商品的来货验收、上架陈列摆放、补货、退货、防损等日常营业工作；
6、与其他销售人员以及服务人员一起提供优质顾客服务;
7、负责区域的卫生清洁工作；
8、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历, 五官端正；
2、年龄20-35岁，身体健康；
3、一年以上外资或国际品牌零售业或服务业工作经验，能够完成每月销售指标；
4、热心零售和母婴用品行业并具有良好的商业理念；
5、具有良好的沟通能力及极佳服务意识，细心，有责任心；
6、心态积极，有较强的沟通及应变能力，工作严谨；
7、勤奋务实，具吃苦耐劳精神；
8、以顾客满意度为中心，愿意与公司一起发展；
9、有管理团队经验优先,会英语优先考虑；

Sales Assistant

Lollipop is seeking to enlarge its dynamic team with great sales staff. We are proud of in providing a neat, elegant, and challenging working environment.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Welcome customers in the store, answer their inquiries
- Sell products, make additional sales
- Record sales and wrap items
- Restock shelves and make sure merchandise is presented neatly with prices
- Organize the storage room and do the inventory regularly
- Work as a team and support the managers in relevant tasks like order,shipping follow-up and so on.

SKILLS
- Chinese native,above college education background,prefer English major
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ideally good looking, dynamic and smiling woman who loves being in contact with customers
-Can be adapted to retail working time and environment
- Sales experience mandatory,be interested in baby products retail
- Reliable, efficient, flexible, easy-going + like team-spirit
