Main Responsibilities:

主要职责

1. Process planner for electronic production plant to ensure that new products and product changes are producible

参与汽车产品电子件生产工艺流程计划以确保新产品的设计和产品变更的生产可行性

2. Approve the electronic PCB layout

审核PCB布局

3. Make concepts of new production equipment/tester.

制定新新的生产设备和测试机方案

4. Purchase and validate production equipment/tester.

参与生产设备和测试机的采购及确认

5. Create and support preparation of production documents, such as routing plans, bill of materials, work- and inspection instructions.

新建或支持提供生产准备文件，如路由计划、材料清单、作业指导书和检验说明书

6. Evaluation of target times.

评估任务目标时间节点

7. Control the capacity status of electronic production on PEP phase.

在研发阶段管控电子件生产的产能状况

8. Project coordination between different departments for projects such as product changes.

就项目期间相关事宜协调各部门工作，例如：产品变更

9. Production transfers; also departments at HQ in Germany and Switzerland may be involved.

参与涉及到德国总部及瑞士工厂的生产转移

10.Support of production.

向生产部门提供技术支持

11.Coordination and organization of production line transfers.

协调和组织生产线转移

12.CIP (continuous improvement process).

CIP(持续改进过程)

13.Conformance to the management system requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

岗位要求

1. Bachelor of engineering in precision engineering, mechanical engineering, electro-technical mechanics.

工科本科学历，精密工程、机械工程、电子力学专业

2. Experience in process planning of electro-mechanical components.

具有机电类产品的工艺制程计划经验

3. Knowledge in electronic manufacturing process, such as electronic assembly, SMT and THT etc.

有电子件制造工艺经验，如电子装配，SMT及THT等

4. Fluent spoken and written English.

英语书面及口语流利

5. Ability to work independently.

能独立完成工作

6. Ability to assert oneself, independent decision making according to project targets.
