Generally these are our requirements:
Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting MCJV China infrastructure together with GB and UK
Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure, and directs/coach users
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
Relays relevant IT-related information to the company in a timely manner

Telephony/POS
Manages and develops upgrades to the company’s telephone and POS system in office and stores
Oversees all telephone/POS changes, installation including routing for seating assignments

Training & Maintenance
Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for company training programs and programs and provides additional support if necessary
Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery (short term resolve system inventory accuracy)
Works with project teams to help implement Internal theft systems at stores

Help Desk Administration/MC website
Oversees all help desk and internet website enquires together with Marketing and Merchandising departments
Responds to escalated hot line issues
Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software
Interacts with GB on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner

Asset Management
Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products
Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the regional level
Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly

Leadership
Challenges team members to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor.
Inspires coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
Manages the process of innovative change effectively
Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices

岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，二年以上数据库设计或程序开发经验；
2、熟悉oracle/ms sqlserver/mysql等任意一种数据库；
3、熟练掌握PL/SQL(T-SQL)，能够熟练编写存储过程、触发器等；
4、熟悉Linux操作系统、数据库性能优化优先
5、至少具备一门开发语言经验(C#、JAVA或其他)
