岗位职责

1、负责门店及总部ERP系统调试与维护；

2、负责桌面计算机相关系统的安装调试及维护；

3、服务器及客户端各类操作系统安装，备份，维护；

4、办公室新近员工系统培训；设置邮箱；

5、协助财务做好门店盘点系统过账，报损系统过账，库调系统过账；

6、协助市场部做系统的促销设置；

7、检测门店上下传数据，为各部门导出需要的分析报表；

8、桌面远程协助门店解决各种系统问题；

岗位要求

1、对零售行业有一定了解，具备良好的沟通协调和解决问题能力；

2、熟悉ERP理论知识；

3、熟悉基本的财务系统；

4、熟悉办公室IT设备的软硬件维护（打印机、传真机、复印机、投影仪、扫描仪、刻录机等）；

5、熟悉局域网管理，会简单配置、管理及维护路由器、交换机、防火墙等设备；

6、具备一定的网络知识功底，了解网络规划、VLAN划分、端口汇聚等知识；
