Duties & Responsibilities:
-Cash activity including arranging cash withdrawal according to daily operations, cash advance, exchange foreign currency, etc
-Banking activity including ensuring Vender payments are timely and accurately made which are complied with company policy and procedure and checks / remittance notes management;
-Check staff reimbursement amounts with attached invoices and rationality and book transactions into local software and into JDE;
-Reimburse to staff on time after getting related approvals;
-Make daily cash and bank register table;
-Do cash stock daily to ensure cash on hand equal to records;
-Check e-bank at least twice per day to make sure that Customer Service and coordinators be updated of clients payment timely and to make sure accountants to invoice timely;
-Be in charge of Accounting vouchers bookbinding monthly;
-Answer any questions related to reimbursement and cash advance;
-Other accounting tasks as required;

Skills and Requirements:
-Basic English skills (CET-4 above) and Mandarin speaker;
-Good at Windows, Word & Excel;
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
-Positive working attitude to solve the problem;
-Energetic and self motivated;
-Team worker;

Education & Experience:
-College or above in Accounting;
-At least one year experience;

The Consumer Products Services Division provides independent, impartial and professional services to our clients. Our services are organized by product lines: Testing and Inspection for Toys and Hard lines; Testing and Inspection for Textile products; Certification, Testing and Inspection for Electrical and Electronic Products (LCIE); Social Accountability Audit & Factory Assessment.

The Government Services & International Trade division specialized in trade facilitation, import valuation and inspection of goods, in order to provide our clients with an effective safety and quality control, as well as compliance with trade regulations.
