岗位描述：
A. Prepares internal audit plan, implement the internal audit process in order to ensure the effective and efficiency of the QMS.策划执行内审确保质量管理体系的有效性和效率。
B Prepares manage review agenda in order to ensure the effective of the management review;准备管理评审的材料
C. Organize to review and update Quality system procedure in order to improve the efficiency of the daily QMS work ;质量体系文件维护。
D. Conduct EQS basis concept training during all employee in order to ensure all employee have the quality concern ;质量意识的培训
E. Tracking BSC data and QOS in order to continually improve the operation performance;跟踪平衡记分卡和质量操作系统。
F. Tracking CAR of the quality system audit 、 management review, and customer complaints in order to continually improve。跟踪质量管理体系审核，管理评审和客户投诉的CAR。
G. Tracking customer complaint in order to customer satisfaction.客户抱怨的跟踪处理。
H. Prepares GB150 certificate in order to ensure organization have the GB150 certificate. GB150 定期监督审核。

岗位要求：
A. Bachelor’s degree or above.本科或者以上学历，机械制造等相关专业
B. At least 5 years working experience and 2 years quality management working experience，aware of quality system standard 。 五年的工作经验，两年以上的质量工作经验，熟练质量体系标准。
C. Familiar with 5 core tools of ISO/TS 16949。熟悉TS5个核心工具。
D. Aware of IPQC process。熟悉IPQC（来料/过程质量控制）
E. Good English skill。良好的英语沟通能力。
F.Good communication skill.良好的沟通能力。
G．Aware of office tools.熟练应用Office软件
