1) English is required, Japanese and Korea preferred.
2) Relevant background is preferred, if there is no background, candidate should be a quick learner
3) Can accept holiday OT, especially in Spring Festival, so Qingdao local ones are preferred
4) Job grade is 45-46
Job description
General Area of Responsibility
1.1 Reporting to Team Leader
1.2 Area of responsibility updating FACT systems, cross checking the shipping documents, updating and managing ICB
1.3 Sigining Authority No
1.4 Expenses Operation Manager
1.5 Personal Managed
Specific Area Of Responsibility
2.1 Operation handling 1. complete the daily operation adherence to IOP and coordinate the shipment with Japan C/S team.
2. Timely documentation handling and correspondence with overseas.
3. timely reminder to JPN team or overseas branch within 1.5 days in case there is no response from them.
3. Efficiently using the applications and systems with high data quality in timely manner (0% error).
3. to achieve CBL sending with relevant L/R to overseas in timely manner. (0% sending failure)
4. Good unerstanding customer's needs and support Japan C/S team to provide the value added customer service on time.
4. Error free against type of Bill of lading in CBL and raise revision to JPN in timely manner where necessary.
2.2 Finance 1. support JPNLOGFIN to manage the overseas outstanding by updating the correct charge in the relevant systems.
2. Ensuring the monthly close updation in timely manner - meeting KPI.
2.3 Operaton management 1. Support team Leader / Operation Manager to analyse current forkflow and improve the operation efficiency.
and Support 2. Share the best practice to improve the efficiency among team members.
2.2 NAS KPI Control Dashboard 1. to achieve the NAS KPI target in each article in accordance with NAS KPI Standard Operational Procedure.
2.3. Intercompany Billing (ICB) 1. timely ICB update handling and correspondence
2. to achieve 0 outstanding over 10 days in pending Sos
3. timely Pending SO's cleaning up based on daily ICB report distributed by Chendgu.
2.4 credit vendor management 1. to achieve 0% oustanding vendor payment which is no more than 60days.
2. timely documentation handling and correspondence with Chengdu branch / JPNLOGFIN.
2.4 Ad-hoc Task 1. take ad-hoc tasks or projects depending on the position, either assigned by team manager or by the individual's own initiative.
2. able to undertake the task given by team leader / operation manager on top of his/her assigned daily operational task.
