The client is an international Fortune 500 company with leading technologies and solutions in producing air gases.

Reporting to:

GM and China Legal Director

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Manage company’s legal business, safeguard company’s legitimate rights and interests, and establish relation with local authorities
+ Provide legal basis and legal suggestion for company’s management and decision-making: participate in the work of making company’s regulation, legal documents drafting and amending as well as provide legal consultation
+ Provide legal consultation according to the contract provided by the Third Party, before the signature
+ Participate in important business negotiation, draft and negotiate various agreements and other legal documents, as well as exam and manage company’s important contracts
+ Deal with company’s lawsuit, arbitration, administrative penalty
+ Protect intellectual property rights and such as legal business
+ Responsible for the management of industrial and commercial registration, intellectual property rights and notarization
+ Provide legal service for the business related to important equity structure alteration
+ Be responsible for popularization of knowledge and policy of law
+ Coordinate the relationship of company with local executive organization
+ Liaise with government and regulatory authorities for the ongoing work
+ Research on the use of legal policy
+ Finish other legal business asked by leader

Requirements:

+ Bachelor degree or above with a major in law

+ At least 5 years of relevant working experience from an international company and solid understanding of PRC laws and regulations

+ Strong commercial awareness and practically oriented, attorney’s certification is preferable

+ Strong accountability

+ Self-motivated, proactive and have ability to work independently with minimum supervision and with high team spirit

+ Excellent organization skills and attention to details ensuring constant care in all matters

+ Good computer skills

+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
