要求：
1. College degree or above, major in food related fields. Bachelor degree graduated, food related major prior ;
大专及以上学历，食品相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历优先；
2．Minimum 3-year working experience in food processing in domestic big meat manufacturing enterprises or working as R&D in food ingredient business;
3年以上国内大型肉制品加工企业相关工作经验或食品配料企业研发工作经验；
3. One special skill about food processing, such as knowledge of meat products of western style or flavor, frozen products and moisture retention additives or having the source of coated powder will be an advantage;
一项食品加工特殊技能优先考虑，如西方风味肉制品知识，冷冻食品知识，水分保留添加剂知识或有外层裹粉原料供应商；
4．Familiar with the theory and equipment of meat products processing and capable of operating them safely;
熟悉肉制品加工设备的工作原理及构造，并能独立安全操作设备；
5．Familiar with the knowledge of food processing safety and food ingredients;
了解食品加工安全及食品配料等知识；
6. Familiar with the laws and regulations of food additives;
了解与食品添加剂相关的相关法律、法规；
7. Ability of plan work according to its priority and importance;
自行安排具体工作优先权的能力；
8. Ability of self-management, keeping lab equipment and facilities in good and clean condition;
自我管理的能力，保持实验室设备摆放有序、整洁；
9. Ability of understanding and finishing tasks assigned by direct supervisor;
理解领导安排的各项工作，并按时保质保量完成任务；
10. Diligent, honest, proactive and innovative with good sense of team work;
勤劳、诚实、积极进取及良好的团队意识；
11. Good Mandarin and over CET-4 of English，CET-6 prior.
普通话良好，英语大学4级以上，大学6级优先。

主要职责：
1．Technical support for soy protein basic application and conducting research in consideration of marketing necessity and carrying out comparison tests about protein functions;
鉴于市场需求，对大豆蛋白基本应用事宜提供技术支持与研究，并就蛋白功能进行对比测试；
2．Using and operating safely the basic equipment and facilities of food processing;
安全使用、操作食品加工设备；
3. Make a working schedule according to its priority and importance;
根据事物的重要性与紧急性，合理安排工作计划；
4. Responsible for keeping lab equipment and facilities in good and clean condition as well as lab environment;
保持实验室及设备摆放有序、整洁；
5. Assist sales people to do tests to meet standard required by customers, including speeding up testing progress, filling in testing records and reporting progressing condition to leaders. Identify and communicate the abnormal condition of tests or any violation operation with the leaders. Correct the unsafe actions or operations in lab;
协助销售人员根据客户要求完成各项实验，包括加速测试进度，填写实验记录及即时报告实验进度。及时就测试异常情况或违规操作报告领导层。纠正任何危险行为或违规操作；
6．Purchasing and management of materials or equipment used in tests;
采购、管理实验原料或设备；
7． Follow all company safety policies, procedures and regulations.
遵守公司各项安全政策，与规章制度。
