Responsibilities:

. Act as a liaison between factories and NII’s Product Development/Management and Logistics/Import teams

. Keeps up-to-date with new developments at the factory level to provide feedback to the appropriate NII departments

. Follow up on factories requests for artwork, shipping mark, shipping instruction

. Follows up with sample requests and on items scheduled for production

. Work with factories to receive item quotes

. Provides dimensions, weights, and specs needed to complete P-sheets

. Follow up on ship dates

. Assist factories with bookings for shipping space should they have any questions

. Follow up on all factory audit

. Arrange QA inspections for NII QA team

. Shipping and receiving of NII Asia stocks and samples

. Inventory of NII Asia stocks and samples

. Track the lab test schedule to meet objectives

. Follow up on all lab test reports to meet the test requirement and regulations

. Daily office administrative support

. Perform translation as needed

. Various administrative tasks and other duties as required

Required skills/experience:

. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin

. Quick and efficient with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with different levels within the organization

. Ability to deal with pressure, meet deadlines and problem-solve

. Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills and strong attention to details

. Familiar with all aspects of exportation process, product/packaging manufacturing, and sample development.

. Ability to work effectively with factories and suppliers
