General Description

The Quality Document Control Engineer will work to deliver 100% on-time quality assurance reporting, and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and liaison with factory inspector to maintain supplier quality system, audit schedule for both surveillance and first article audits with remote site supplier base.

· Lead NII’s Quality System Audits as related to ISO9000 / TS 16949.

· Train entire NII team on Quality Policies and Procedures as required.

· Transfers initials and dates from hardcopy from factory inspector to NII quality system.

· Coordinates the NII quality report and report to HQ. Review factory inspection report for clerical mistakes and completeness, then update to NII requested format.

· Maintains manual library and in house quality files.

· Internal Auditor

EDUCATION REQUIRED

· Minimum of 3 years experience in a Quality environment.

· Minimum of 1-2 years direct quality engineer experience.

· Experience in ISO *** Quality Management System Audit.

· Must have a Regional Academic Certificate in English or an equivalent.

· Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.

· Strict compliance with Quality System Document Control Procedures.

· Excellent English Level, can read & written, fluent in spoken
