Polish translator -- Translation Editors

Job Description

The role
As a Translation Editor, you will be responsible for translating and editing product descriptions in your target language, making them available to your target's local customers. You will translate, edit, and generate translations according to specific style guides, meeting JAGO's internal standards for product detail pages.

Basic qualifications
- English, native level
- Ability to translate Foreign Languages
- Degree in Foreign Languages
- Strong writing and editorial skills
- Good attention to detail, accurate
- Ability to work under time pressure and to meet performance goals
- A great deal of personal initiative, creativity, decisiveness and team spirit

Preferred qualifications
Previous experience translating Technical and Electronic Products, or Power Tools is preferred
BA or MA in Translation / Language Degree, or at least 2 years professional experience as a translator / editor
Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, Word
Excellent typing skils

Our company was founded in 2005. The headquarters of JAGO AG Germany is located in Stuttgart - a famous industrial and commercial area in the south of Germany. Our many warehouses are located in central Germany, in the areas surrounding Goettingen. Over the years we have experienced impressive growth.
