Main Objective: This position will manage the process flow and customer service for fabric customers

Job description is as follows but not limited to:

Job Responsibilities

Implement processes to streamline procedures and to make sure all documentation is organized,used efficiently, and filed/saved in a manageable system.

• Work closely with manager to create work flow processes for teams to operate more efficiently.
• Create and maintain system for filing all paperwork and email documentation.
• Manage team of customer service representatives and their correspondence with Singletree customers.
• Manage process for creating and tracking ST customer purchase orders,quotations,and sales contracts.
• Manage Inventory in the system(On-hands/On-orders)
• Should gain immediate knowledge of the logistics process currently used for domestic orders;After knowledge is gained,streamline shipping process and work to reduce company expenses associated in this area.
• Manage logistics and shipping of orders internationally,should become team logistics expert for orders.
• Create and maintain system for tracking and servicing ST customers.
• Aid in the creation of company royalty reports.
• Work closely with ST Production and Sourcing Manager on all orders to create a smooth work flow process.
• Create and implement system for filing of production samples,strikeoffs,and development fabrics.
• Visit ST customers and build relationships with these manufacturers.
• Manage accounts payable as it relates to our suppliers anD testing labs.
• Work with U.S Accounting departmenT for collection of recievables.
• Cross train in each area of Singltree operations to understand your employees responsibilities.

Requirement

• Female, Bachelor degree.
• Excellent verbal English.
• Above 1 year of experience in operational leadership role
• Must be able to work independently and lead a small team
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in mathematics and microsoft Excel and Word
• Open, proactive, team spirit.
• Some travel required,
• Overtime should be worked as necessary,
