岗位职责
1、 项目方案撰写;
2、 政府项目申报工作；
3、负责制定项目管理制度规范等；
4、负责项目洽谈、沟通协调工作；
5、负责项目内部团队管理建设。

岗位要求：
1、理工科本科以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、企业管理类相关专业；
2、具有一定的项目管理知识，5年以上项目管理工作经验；
3、方案写作能力强；
4、具备优秀的沟通、合同谈判能力，良好的决策判断能力和计划组织能力；
5、具备良好的职业道德素质， 抗压性强、有创新力、善于沟通。

Job Description:
1.Responsible for writing of project; 2.Responsible for applying Government project; 3.Responsible for making project management system and standard; 4.Responsible for project’s negotiation, communication and coordination; 5.Responsible for project groups’ construction and management.
Repuirements: 1.Scientist and engineers University degree in computer, Automation, Business management related specialty; 2.At least 5 years work experience for project management and have relevant professional knowledge; 3.Strong ability in proposal writing; 4.Excellent communications, business negotiation, judgment and organization predictable ability; 5Good profession moral, Implementation, innovation ability.
