2. 快速响应来自客户及主管的要求，每天报告现场的质量情况；
3. 个人交际能力好，口头表达能力好，有一定的公关能力；
4. 头脑灵活，现场应变能力好，能够到现场利用现场条件立时解决问题；
5. 工作态度良好，热情，积极主动，能及时为客户服务，不计较个人得失，有奉献精神。

职位职责：

1. 跟踪零件装车状况,及时了解客户投诉或抱怨问题,并在现场确认问题;
2. 将客户投诉或抱怨的问题和相关信息及时准确地反馈到公司;
3. 根据公司要求组织人员进行遏制措施,并确保筛选人员得到足够的培训;
4. 跟踪采取遏制措施后零件质量状态和撞车情况;
5. 将不良件及时寄回公司进行分析;
6. 协助质量工程师对质量问题的跟踪;
7. 发生质量问题时，及时确认库存，采取即时措施，避免停线风险；
8. 协助项目零件送样,并跟踪项目车或样车的试装情况,并将问题及时反馈公司；
9. 定期去索赔件仓库确认售后件的品种和数量,并将实物和信息反馈公司；
10. 定期收集整车厂0KM索赔件,并完成换货等事宜；
11. 了解整车AUDIT的情况并将与公司零件相关的问题反馈给公司；
12. 协助物流和销售部门做好库存及发票等日常事宜；
13. 及时应对客户及主管处理公司其他事项。
