A leading school uniform manufacturer has an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator working closely with our Australian Parent Company
Reporting to the Australian Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for a number of tasks including:

Working with the Australian Operations Manager to 'expedite' customer orders
Releasing orders for picking, packing, and shipment from both China and Australia to our customers
Raising Purchase orders to procure product necessary to full fill orders
Working with Australian Sales & Operations Manger and his team to expedite supply from China to Australia
Escalating supply issues in a timely manner and working with China and Australian colleagues to source supply to meet demand
Updating ERP system (Microsoft AX) for delivery times
Generating reports via Excel
Creating standard operating procedures
To succeed in this role an applicant needs:
Work autonomously
Excellent communication skills. Fluent English - verbal and written.
Computer literate in Excel (advanced), Word, Outlook,
Experience in a similar role with western market ideal but not essential
Childrens wear and/or Uniform experience ideal but not essential
Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
Take responsibility and ownership of service lead times.
A 'can do' attitude and enthusiasm for creating excellent service and continual improvement of our processes.
