Job Responsibility:

Software Engineer

- Discuss and confirm the requirements with key stakeholder and team leader.

- Study, review and contribute to the system design of the application.

- Compose detail design of components, review the design with peers.

- Implement component features, including coding, unit test, and integration.

- Work with customer support team to provide high quality and in-time service to customers.

Quality Engineer

- Be responsible for the testing in multiple software projects

- Works with Project Managers, development team to guarantee the quality of the assets by test planning, test scenario and case design, execution, reporting;

- Develop & maintain automation test scripts

- Participate to optimizes the GBSC testing strategy and testing process continuously;

Primary Technical Skills:

Software Engineer

- Proficient in Java programming skill

- Proficient in database design and development

- Solid OOAD skills, good sense on micro design and modeling

- Experience of J2EE development is a plus

- Experience with kinds of operating systems, including Windows, Linux; AIX, Solaris, Android, Windows Mobile, iOS, Mac would be strong plus

- Familiar with software development/quality process and methodology is a plus

- Knowledge and experience on IBM systems and software products is a plus

Quality Engineer

- Proficient in one or more programming skill on Java/C/C++/Ruby/Python/Jython/Perl/shell scripts/etc

- Proficient in database design and development

- Experience of J2EE development/testing is a plus

- Experience with kinds of operating systems, including Windows, Linux; AIX, Solaris, Android, Windows Mobile, iOS, Mac would be strong plus

- Familiar with software development/quality process and methodology is a plus

- Knowledge and experience on IBM systems and software products is a plus

Education：Computer Science or related major

Language Capability：Strong Japanese skills with acceptable English level

Others：

- Self-motivated, quick learning and strong problem analyzing skills

- Excellent team player
