REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Senior Consultant
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Search talents from target companies for clients, mainly by cold call
2. Communicate with talents to understand them
3. Screen talents in terms of characteristics, qualification and motivation
4. Candidate database management & up-date, put them into company's MIS
5. Collect information of specific industries and target companies
6. Ad hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor or above
2. English will be a plus
3. Eager for career development
4. Honest, willing to study and good at communication, strong career ambition
5. Able to work under pressure, and prefer facing challenge
