ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

The client is an international Automotive Components Supplier.

Plant Manager
Travelling:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Lead the Process Engineering Department according to company Guidelines and procedures
+ Plan the needs for the department according to the demands in project phase and serial production
+ Investigate improvements (KPI), propose to operation management and implement solutions after approval within serial production & projects
+ Coordinate and control job duties and resources within the department
+ Support safety regulations within the department
Requirements:
+ At least 5 years’ experience in automotive industry
+ Proven process engineering management skills
+ Proven maintenance management skills
+ Highly developed organizational skills
+ Proven injection moulding know how
+ Speaking and writing skills: Chinese (native), English (fluent), German (plus, but not required)
