Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Manage and Control the tool room activities including tooling design and manufacturing to support the new product development and mass production

+ Manage the Tool Room based on metrics, focus on improve Tool Quality, On Time delivery performance

+ Develop the team to meet the company goal and provide the support on operations

+ Identify areas of improvement and recommend process/equipment modifications/upgrade to enhance operational efficiency of machine / equipment

+ Daily Production Planning and Implementation of Tool Room activities, fully utilize the resources of the Tool Room

+ Coaching and Developing people to meet the company goal, from process knowledge to world class manufacturing support

+ Ensure tool service match to the business needs, including setup team to focus on maintenance of the tools, on time support to any emergency requirement from production

+ Implement Lean Manufacturing, drive all tool makers involve in the improvement activities

+ Provide strong support on the new product development, include prioritizing jobs on hand or seek help from supply chain, identify new opportunity from new products

Requirements:

+ Bachelor degree in Tool Design and Manufacturing or mechanical

+ Over 10 years experience in foreign company holding the similar position and solid experience on making tools

+ Computer literacy and good command of both oral and written English is a must since this position will be supporting and interfacing with Global team

+ Should have demonstrated Leadership skills and must have experience in working with multiple teams on multiple projects

+ Detailed-oriented, hard-working and with high integrity and can-do attitude, excellent team player and with good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, result-oriented
