Responsibilities:
？ Leads the total FA function in a newly reorganized PRC legal entity which is a major strategic point of coordination between the innovative designing technologies and the best in class production process of the global D+M group.
？ Supports business operation of all functions in the entity such as Engineering, QA, Procurement, SCM, HR and Finance.
？ Have overall responsibility for the finance, accounting, reporting, budgeting, tax planning, cash management, and internal control functions

Job Duties
？ Lead timely monthly closing and year-end closing and review monthly financial reports and analysis for the entity
？ Lead local management team on annual budget process, ensure good planning, quality and on time accomplishment of the process
？ Conduct internal audit once a year to assist other functional departments to improve internal control procedures and solve problems from financial point of view
？ Responsible for Cash flow management
？ Responsible for AOP（Annual Operation Plan） and rolling forecast preparation.
？ Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and minimize business risk
？ Keep management informed of all important financial issues and ensure compliance with all applicable governmental statutes and regulations
？ Provide input and advice to management on financial decisions
？ Play a key role in terms of communication and coordination across sites located in Japan and various functional departments in APAC
？ Liaise external auditors for interim and annual audit purpose, maintain good relationship with government departments in PRC
？ Other ad hoc tasks assigned
？ All the above duties are performed in consultation with appropriate APAC FA team members as well as the FA Manager’s supervisor who are located in Japan APAC region HQ.

Qualifications
？ Bachelor’s degree required in Finance and Accounting and at least 10 years of progressive FA professional experience.
？ Extensive knowledge of tax-related laws, regulations and practices.
？ Certified CPA / ACCA / CICPA is preferable
？ Master of ERP system (SAP), excellent excels skills.
？ Global exposure, experience in multi-national company
？ Business level of Mandarin and English or Japanese languages
？ Demonstrated leadership skills, strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
？ Strategic thinking and planning
？ High integrity, high energy and driver
