Responsibilities

1. Carry out quality inspection & report back (QCP forms, quality log and master list)
2. Lead teams during Quality Checks to ensure organisation, efficiency and quality assurance.
3. Assist with creating product related technical specifications and other documentation
4. Help train supplier workers in our QC process and standard of acceptability.
5. To provide constructive input to suppliers and internally in Vado aiming for improving our quality procedures and final quality results
6. In-production checking and helping suppliers overcome quality and delivery challenges.
7. Liaise with order expediter & purchasing team to give information that may effect delivery and help meet delivery times.
8. Creating continuous improvement in quality of product and production systems.
9. Cooperate with suppliers, China and UK team to expedite outstanding quality related issues
10. report to the Quality Assurance Manager
