ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Our client is a leading global company specialized in semi-conductor test and package.

Salary:

Location:
Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China

Reporting to:
Senior Director

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Coach and develop subordinates to meet team’s KPI
+ Establish project management system
+ Ensure project development to follow the industry approach
+ Participate in schedule planning, project feasibility / analysis, project justification for new program
+ Monitor program progress closely with concerned project managers
+ Provide latest project update to related depts. for better & earlier project engagement
+ Keep relevant parties updated on project plans, progress, issues and risks
+ Coordinate and liaise with other departments to deliver and implement solutions or new product
+ Centralize programs, analyze project success rate, report overall project performance to management monthly
+ Assist department to meet the dept KPI / Assist with project owner to meet project KPI
+ Close communication with Engineers, Project Managers and Operation is required to ensure schedule and cost adherence

Requirements:
+ Master Degree/Bachelor Degree in Material Science, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
+ 10 to 15 years working experience in high volume electronics manufacturing environment preferably semiconductor
+ Experience in program management in semiconductor packaging industry
+ Expert in Microsoft Office & Microsoft project
+ Skill of SPC/DMAIC is required
+ Knowledge in auto CAD would be preferred
+ Able to work independently, and proactively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
+ Strong leadership skills and driving skills to ensure project completion and meeting goal
+ Strong analysis skills
+ Proven planning and problem solving abilities
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in spoken and written Chinese and English
