岗位描述Job responsibilities:

1.完成公司内部预算及现金报告和相关的财务分析报表，为决策层提供参考。
Complete budget & cash reports and other financial analysis report as reference for senior management.
2.报销单据、凭证、报表等的核签和成本控制
Responsible for reviewing claim documents, vouchers and reports etc for best cost control
3.负责公司全面的资金调配，做到资金使用最优化
Responsible for company comprehensive funds allocation and optimize the use of funds
4.组织制定财务部的管理制度及有关规定，并监督执行
Create financial department management policy and related regulation, supervise its execution
5.参与财务审计
Participate in external financial audits
6.负责资产的管理工作及年度的盘点工作
Company assets management and annual checking.
7.负责财务部员工的绩效考核和部门发展
KPI management of subordinates and promote departmental development.
8.基于最新的会计、税务政策法规、给管理层提供合理建议。
Lean up to date policy/regulation related to account and tax and provide suggestions.
9.完成领导交给的其他事务性工作。
Other tasks leader assigned.

招聘条件Recruitment criteria

1.财会/审计本科学历
Financial / audit bachelor degree
2.至少10年以上工作经验，3年以上在外资企业担任财务主管/经理的经验
At least above 10 years experience and at least 3 years of taking the role of accounting supervisor or manager in a foreign invested company..
3.有优秀的道德品行（道德规范）
Excellent ethics (moral standards)
4.具有良好的沟通能力、较强的团队协作能力及独立解决问题的能力
Good communication skills, strong team coordination and problem- solving capabilities.
5.较强的管理能力、分析能力和协调能力
Strong management , analysis and coordination skill
6.中级会计师职称
Medium level accountant certificate
7.书面英语流利
Fluent writing English
