Scope of Work:

According to company recruitment needs, support on MSC recruiting to fulfill hiring plan in accordance with company policy and process. Provide supports on Employee Relationship activities to enhance company culture and promote company social image.

Position Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the recruitment of middle level and below professional positions to make sure all recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned matrix, such as cycle time; recruitment cost; offer acceptance rate; 6 month probation passing rate, etc. and in accordance with company policies and standards, including:

1.Clarify job descriptions with hiring manager to make sure full understanding of the position characteristic;

2.Select most effective strategies to fill the openings and balance the lead time and cost effectiveness;

3.Screen CVs and source candidate through effective channels to maximize the hitting rate for assigned positions;

4.Keep effective communication with recruitment suppliers to ensure the quality of their service;

5.Coordinate all interview arrangements to make sure the smooth of interview process;

6.Coordinate on offer process including offer approval, offer letter generation and offer response with candidate to ensure the offer acceptance by candidate;

7.Keep on-going communications and follow up with candidates on medical check and on boarding issues to make sure candidate’s successful on boarding;

8.Keep hiring manager updated on candidate’s status after offer acceptance to make sure they have full awareness on the progress and make preparations accordingly.

- Provides supports and coordinate on employee’s communication, e.g. MSC TV, HR magazine, employee communication meeting etc, to ensure HR related policies/regulations/updates are communicated to all employees in time.

- Provide support on organization and coordination of the employee’s activities/events, such as Sports Day, Painting Day, Charity Program, etc. to ensure all activities/events are well organized and in line with company culture.

Minimum Requirements:

- At lease 3 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting and involvement of the organization/arrangement on company activities

- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications

- Strong creative, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-soling and presentation skills

- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

- Self-motivated with critical attention to details, deadlines and reporting

- Good English communication skills both in oral and written
