任职资格：
1.大专以上文化程度，汽车及相关专业毕业，男性优先；
2.能适应轮班制度以及出差；
3.拥有优秀的英语听说读写能力；
4.能熟练掌握office软件，熟练操作计算机系统；
5.具有亲和能力、协调能力、优秀的沟通技能和良好的服务意识。

岗位职责：
1.有良好的产品知识和汽车诊断技能，3年以上服务顾问/维修接待工作经验；
2.良好的语言表达能力，反应灵敏，较强的事件应变能力；
3.熟悉车间工作流程，有驾照会开车，会电脑；
4.形象气质可，善于社交，有良好的工作态度和服务态度；
5.服从公司调配；
6.能够很好处理客户投诉。
