Mission
- Pursue mega/large projects in process industries, sales orientation and get the orders for the entire IA SC’s products portfolio.

What are my responsibilities
- Sales orientation and get orders for SC’s entire products portfolio
- Pursue mega/large projects in process industries, e.g. Petro-Chemical/Chemical, Coal Chemical, Oil&Gas, Iron&Steel, Nuclear/Fossil Power Plants, and etc.
- Buildup virtual team, leading, cooperate and collaborate with internal and external partners, and resources to win the projects, get back orders.
- systematically report to and escalate to upper management to review on going, status of following projects

What do I need to qualify for this job
- 5 years sales experience at least in process automation industries
- good command of knowledge on process instrumentation and basic knowledge of process industries.
- good communication skills and learning capabilities, result orientation.
- Self- driven and motivation, independently working capability and under stressful conditions, willing take challenge, situation sensitive and be flexible, risk management and control, good team player
- Bachelor or above, oral and written English is preferred.

What else do I need to know
- Senior Sales manager in SC BU, MPP section
- Process Instrumentation technical background, at least 5 yrs sales experience
- Responsible for selling the entire SC’s products
- Focus on Process industries market, e.g. Petro-Chemical/Chemical, Coal Chemical, Oil&Gas, Iron&Steel, Nuclear/Fossil Power Plants, and etc.
- Competitors are ABB, Emerson Yokowaga, E+H, and etc.
