Reports to: Quality Manager

Location: Guangdong

Duties:

1. Support of document control and various internal department procedures;

2. Responsible for performing dimensional study by optical comparator, CMM, various measurement tools, and other destructive and non-destructive tests of material, garment and coating.

3. Assist in developing new test method and design jig and fixture for measurement, inspection purpose.

4. Maintain lab equipment in routine basis, and support the equipment calibration program.

5. Generate measurement and test report in English.

6. Tag and handle the in and out samples;

7. Undertake any other duties assigned.

Qualification requirements:

1. Higher Diploma or above in Applied Physics, Mechanical, Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

2. 2 years working experience in mechanical laboratory and document control are preferred.

3. Familiar with various measurement tools such as CMM, optical comparator and some other destructive and non-destructive tests for material, garment and coating.

4. Fluent in English

5. Familiar with Office and CAD software, such as MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, AutoCAD and Solid works, etc.

6. Familiar with advanced Excel and Access functions, such as Chart generation, pivot table, advanced filter, database application, etc;

7. Able to generate a presentable report by MS Excel based on unconstructed raw data;
