岗位职责：
1. 依据业务信息，在RFQ阶段进行项目评估和风险管理；On the basis of business information, project evaluation and risk management in the stage of RFQ;
2. 根据项目需求，开展产品工艺开发职责的项目管理；According to project requirements, carry out product development process project management responsibilities
3. 开展对重点项目的风险管理和技术公关；Key projects carried out on the risk management and technology public relations
4. 对新工艺（新技术）自主开展技术验证和开发工作；The new technology (new technology) to carry out independent technical validation and development work
5. 对生产线进行日常的工艺管理工作；On the production line daily work process management
6. 对于生产线的品质问题，需要进行独立的技术方案进行解决；For the production line quality problems, the need for independent technical solutions to solve

任职资格：
1. "Education Background教育背景　" 大学及以上，电化学或金属腐蚀与防护相关专业. Bachelor,Electrochemical or metal corrosion and protection related professional
2. "Working Experience工作经验　" 电镀相关工艺管理经验三年以上. At least 3 years PM experience in POP plating.
3. 行为素质" 正直 Integraty，可信度Credibility，勇气Courage
4. "Knowledge & Skills知识&技能（以下优先）
1. Know the Vehicle Development Process of European OEM熟悉欧系汽车厂的产品开发流程
3. Familiar with the jargon of automotive industry 熟悉汽车行业专业术语

5. Program management knowledge 精通项目管理知识。

MINTH Group Ltd was listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 1 December 2005 (stock code: 0425).
The Group is a leading supplier of exterior automobile body parts in China. It is principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of trim, body structural parts and decorative parts for passenger cars in China, North America and Thailand.
