1.Known with Ms- office software ; Fluent English and oral; Strong teamwork and comminucation skills,coordination; Studying with high motivation and initiative;Work under pressure; Business Confidential keeping as required.

2.Spread the relative company/office Policy to operation team as required including the site team;

3.Travel management,expense claim check and BCD air tickets booking;

4.Site work management including the support from office ,the daily report , safety report, parts delivery record, Monthly working Hrs collected and report to Operation Management if need.

5. Assitant Project Manager for the documents translation, as-built documents preparation and handover,etc .

6.Weekly Project Meeting management and Update the MoM and do the tracking accordingly of the meetings .

7.Weekly project Status of all projects collected and reported from all PMs.

8.Site visit and workshop inspection management if need.

9.Tracking the mission status of the relative persons .
