RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Delivers End User Support Services to customers at the designated sites

· Maintains currency in EUS technologies and liaises with the external environment to identify opportunities to leverage technology to the benefit of the business

· Liaises with the global IT team to identify opportunities to leverage EUS technology to the benefit of the business

· Performs all capital asset management functions, from procurement to retirement within region of scope

· Provides vendor management services, including achievement of SLAs, where appropriate

· Provides problem management services and operates as first point of escalation to vendors, customers, and Elizabeth Arden management

· Operates according to Elizabeth Arden approved Methodologies and Polices

· Ensures the environment operates at the highest level of compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements, including, but not limited to Change Management, Procurement, and Security

· Develops and maintains appropriate documentation

· Supports project teams in the execution of projects that leverage the EUS infrastructure

Required Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written skills (bilingual – Mandarin and English)

· Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields. Experience and/or other training will be considered in lieu of a degree. An advance degree is a decided plus.

· 5 plus years of relevant experience.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills.

· Ability to work within a matrixed, global team structure.

· A high sense of the importance of business urgencies.
