Main Responsibilities:

工作职责

1. Develop standard switches & control Modules

标准开关与控制模块产品的研发

2. Dealing with application development for existing products

参与对现有产品的应用开发工作

3. Provide 3D-moldels and 2D drawings and work with a PLM System

在公司PLM系统环境下，进行3D建模和2D绘图

4. Define, optimize and analyze mechanical solutions

参与产品的机械方案定义，优化和分析

5. Work on engineering change items

处理产品工程变更相关工作

6. Clarify and suggest the right customer solution concerning mechanical application and requirements

就产品机械方面应用和要求，向客户进行说明并提出合理解决方案

7. Support of purchase of alternative solutions and parts

为采购零件及备选解决方案提供技术支持

8. Analysis of failures and complaints in the field and market

对产品在客户端发生的质量问题进行失效分析并处理客户投诉

9. Measure and test performance, qualifying life cycles at the mechanics of switches and systems (e.g. according to UL or ENEC )

对开关产品进行测量和性能测试，验证产品寿命 （例如：根据UL 或 ENEC 标准）

10.Define test procedures and concepts, design test equipment in the test field

定义产品的测试流程和方法，设计研发阶段产品测试设备

11.Support QC department and assist analysis concerning mechanical problems in the product design

支持并协助质量部门对产品机械设计方面相关问题的分析

Minimum Requirements:

岗位要求

1. Bachelor or above degree in mechanics, mechanical design or mechanical engineering

机械类相关专业本科或以上学历，

2. Be proficient in plastic and stamping technology and design

精通塑胶件和冲压件的设计

3. At least 3 years of work experience in new product development

具有至少3年新产品开发的工作经验

4. Knowledge of FMEA, Tolerance analysis, DFM and DFA.

具备FMEA，公差分析，DFM和DFA相关知识

5. Good skills in 3D modeling software such as UG or ProE

能熟练运用UG或ProE软件进行产品3D建模

6. Be familiar with new product development process

熟悉新产品开发流程

7. Good command of English (speak and write)

良好的英语水平（听说和读写）

8. Good communication skills
