Main Responsibilities:

主要职责

1. Responsible for the specification, programming, debugging and calibration of current and new equipment suitable to our products in the SSC and Automotive area according to MQ standard

负责现有的或新的设备的技术规范拟定、编程、调试及校验工作，使其符合马夸特设计标准

2. Responsible for the improvement and debugging of our current equipment according to MQ standard

负责根据马夸特标准改进和调试现有设备

3. Estimated the cost of equipment for equipment quotation

负责设备报价前的成本估算

4. Responsible for Maintenance plan for EOL tester and automatic assembly equipment on electronic side

负责制定EOL测试机和自动装备设备电子方面的维护计划

5. Support production for trouble shouting for equipment

向生产部门提供设备现场检修及故障排除支持

6. Coordinate and define spare parts for EOL tester and automatic assembly equipment (electric)

对EOL测试机和自动装配设备电子备件采购进行协调及选型

7. Search and define suitable components for our equipment

搜索和确定适合的设备组件

8. Work together with our teams in Germany, to find and create the right global standards for equipment

与德国总部EOL团队合作，共同制定EOL设备的全球标准

9. Support documentation engineer for all needed documentation for our equipment

协助文档工程师完成设备所需的所有文档工作

Minimum Requirements:

岗位要求

1. Fundamental technical knowledge based on at least a bachelor university degree

大学本科及以上学历

2. Has min 5 years work experience in the automation, measurement and test engineering field

至少5年自动化，测量或测试方面的工作经验

3. Very good knowledge about PLC-programming according to the standard IEC 61131-3

熟练掌握基于IEC61131-3标准下的PLC编程

4. Good knowledge about Measurement and Test Engineering

熟悉测试和测量技术

5. Fundamental knowledge about Motion Control Systems, Electrical Drives and Power Electronics

具备运动控制系统、电力驱动以及电力电子的基本知识

6. Good knowledge about Industrial Communication Networks (e.g. ProfiBus, CAN-Bus, Ethernet, RS232)

7. Structure working, sense of team work, basic quality understanding
