中国零售IT项目经理- China Retail IT Project Leader

MISSION:

- Manage deployment of global project underline the group’s strategy in business aspect
- Start, analyze, design and build up new projects based on China’s local market needs
- Master the whole life cycle of project management: Start-up, proposal presenting, cost study ,lead time design, roll-out plan build-up, and quality controls
- Good vision of products and solution developing trends in retailing industry: Cashing, CRM, E-commerce, ERP, etc.
- Sensitive business sense to collect and forecast users’ needs and build the direction plan of tools and application for retail
- Outstanding communication skills to project committee and users
- Effective project resource allocation and coordination in global and local teams
- Constantly improve project quality and define support and training plan in implementation stage

PROFILE:

-3-5 years working experience in MNC company with similar role as Project Leader
- Project experiences in retailing industry is a strong plus;
- Target orientation and commit to achieve the best cost & budget managerial results.
- Proficient project management skills and proven managerial skills
- Be able to drive many projects simultaneously and good prioritizing skills
- Can take decisions quickly; Adapt to new changes in project; Taking worthy risks;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; French is a plus;
- Sports Lover; Experience in retailing industry is preferred;

Location:
You need to work in our Asia headquarter in Shanghai (Longyang Road, Pudong District).
