职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.According to the overall developing plan of the Company, set commercial budget and working plan, and allocate to each team member.
2. Differentiate customer. Set different sales plan for diffferent customer, and monitor the execution.
3.Design and maintaine the format of sales report and supervise sales' execution. Analyze the report and adjust sales plan based on the performance of each team member.
4.Monitor the performance of each team member. Make sure to achieve the commercial budget.
5.Coordinate with the overseas agents to develop new clients and project cargo.
6.Coordinate with the other departments (Customer Service, Accounting, and etc.) to solve the problems in the daily operations, urgent cases, and legal cases.
Requirments:
1.More than 7 years experience of marine transportation in international freight forwarding and NVOCC industry.College degree. Maritime University would be preferred.
2.At least 3 years' experience of frontline sales in international freight forwarding and NVOCC industry. Experience of selling CIF freight of China/Latin America or China logistics service would be preferred.
3.At least 3 years' experience of team management (team member should be no less than 3). Management experience at headquarters would be preferred.
4.Be familiar with the entire operating procedure of international freight forwarder (marine transportation, consolidation, and LCL should be a must, both import and export). Good knowledge of the laws and regulations of marine transportation and customs clearance. Especially in Shanghai.
