JOB TITLE: Key Account Manager

DEPARTMENT: Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Attend to the needs of the company key accounts in China and meet sales and gross margin targets
  • Work with Territory Sales Team to drive the sales-in/out of assigned accounts. Initiate, Plan and Negotiate programs that drive sales and in-store shares
  • Design, prepare and present annual business plans for all key accounts and agree on trade promotional plan.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews for Key Channels.
  • On a monthly basis, report on any variances to the budget and reasons for any variance.
  • Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing teams on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Strategic Partners/Key Channels and budget management for their accrual funds.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate category plans to meet sales and profit objectives by brand and channel.
  • Work closely with Strategic Partners/Key Channels to provide contact lens insights to drive sales performance.
  • Co-ordinate and communicate product, price and packaging changes for all products for Strategic Partners/Key Channels.
  • Collect the market and competitor information, to support the company decision and activities.
  • Other duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing/ Sales/Science
  • Strong sales background with ability to meet sales objectives
  • Able to overcome objectives
  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm and prioritization
  • Good presentation and written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of Microsoft Suite
  • Good people skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Good team player
  • Able to close a sale
