Main Responsibilities:

主要职责

1. Quality planning during project phase

项目阶段的质量控制计划

2. Participate in project team meetings for new products

参与新产品项目组会议

3. Define testing steps for serial production

定义批量生产的测试步骤

4. Plan and create quality related documents to ensure related quality are reviewed and controlled

计划和创建质量相关的文件，以确保相关质量问题的审核及受控

5. Responsible for process and product release

负责工艺和产品认证

6. Instruct and support quality operators during pre-series and after the start of production

在项目量产前后指导及支持生产质量检验工作

7. Work on customer's complaints and define corrective actions

处理客户投诉，制定纠正措施

8. Failure analysis of the bad parts during serial production

处理量产期间坏品的失效分析

9. Documentation of the current production quality level

负责现有生产相关质量能力的文档管理工作

10.Initialization of process or product design improvement

推动工艺及产品设计改进

11.Direct and train QC in term of inspection / audit standard

就检查/审核标准指导及培训质检人员

12.Responsible for process audit and product audit

负责过程审核和产品审核

13.Quality performance report and data analysis

准备质量报告和数据分析

Minimum Requirements:

岗位要求

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering

工科学士学位及以上

2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Quality planning functions in automotive industry

至少3年汽车行业前期质量计划相关工作经验

3. Manufacturing process analysis / problem solving, i.e. root cause analysis, problem resolution, data analysis skills

具备生产工艺分析能力和解决问题能力，例如，根本原因分析，问题解决，数据分析能力

4. Experience in SPC, Capability Studies, Control Plans, 8D, FMEAs etc tools

对SPC，制成能力分析，控制计划，8D，FMEAs等质量工具有一定的经验

5. Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949

熟悉ISO / TS 16949 质量体系

6. Problem solving skills, communication and teamwork skills, Logical and analytical thinking

具备良好的解决问题的能力，沟通和团队协作能力，逻辑思维和分析思考能力

7. Ability to work on multiple projects at one time

能够同时兼顾多个项目

8. Experience leading corrective actions

拥有主导制定纠正措施的经验

9. Experience in organizing / leading cross-functional team / meeting

有组织/召开跨部门团队会议的经验

10.Familiarity / experience with standard lab equipment

熟悉标准实验设备

11.Working knowledge of Windows and MS office

能够在日常工作中熟练使用Windows系统及MS Office软件

12.Good knowledge of English in written and spoken

良好的英语说写能力

13.Experience in switches industry is preferred

有开关行业经验者优先

14.Experience in SMT, Plastic injection, Assembly is preferred

有SMT、注塑、装配相关经验者优先
