Main Responsibilities:

1. New supplier visits and supplier release

新供应商审核的及认证

2. Annual supplier audit according to VDA

根据VDA认证要求进行年度供应商审核

3. Approve new purchasing parts and new process, release LEMPB document in PLM

新零部件采购和采购流程更新审核, 并在PLM平台系统中发布生产件批准程序文档

4. Understand RoHS, PAHs, REACH regulations and IMDS system

了解RoHS, PAHs, REACH相关法规和IMDS系统

5. Involve in the development of new product or product change

参与新产品开发或产品变更

6. Lead regular supplier performance evaluation such as SPPM, LRR and other quality target

负责供应商质量定期评估，比如：SPPM,LRR以及其他质量目标

7. Responsible for supplier promotion and monitor the supplier quality system and process

负责供应商质量的改进并监督供应商质量体系和生产工艺

8. Dealing with supplier quality complaints, create complaint notification in SAP, follow 8D reports and define action, etc.

处理供应商质量投诉，在SAP系统中创建投诉报告，跟踪8D质量报告并制定改进计划等

9. Update project information in the PIT

在公司PIT平台中更新项目信息

10.Other related works assigned by purchasing director

其他采购总监交办的事宜

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in relevant subject, engineering background

本科及工科相关教育背景

2. At least 4 years related working experience

至少4年相关工作经验

3. Familiar with PPAP, APQP, SPC, FMEA, control plan, MSA, 8D

熟悉PPAP,APQP,SPC,FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, 8D等质量工具

4. Familiar with ISO/TS16949

熟悉ISO/TS16949质量体系

5. Diligent and good team working spirits, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
