职位描述
Scope: All depots in the region
-Check the revenue booking for each VAS project with the VAS OPS team on weekly basis, including the basic data provided by OPS team, the rate card is approved or not, the timing for each revenue booking.
- Prepare BDE report and submit to CBC every week.
-Check the cost for each VAS project, prepared by VAS OPS team and hand in the accrual template to RTC at the month end.
-Provide analysis on gross margin for each project and ensure the exact matching on the timing for revenue and cost.
- Ensure the correct profit and cost centre are used for the related transactions.
- Assist the accounts receivable collection and monitor the payment cycle to external vendors
Accruals:
Collect and check the accrual form and supporting documents.
Review the accrual template and submit to RTC in time.
Monitor accrual accounts on monthly basis
Deferred Expenses:
Collect and review the deferred expense application under VAS.
Check/review the deferred accounts in EBO SAP on regular basis (at least monthly) and raise GL template on time.
Monitor deferred accounts.
Cost allocation & Local ICR:
Collect and review allocation supporting documents.
Prepare GL template and submit to RTC on time.
Follow up related template booking and feedback to functions.
GL adjustment:
Review each cost line by month to find out the abnormal items and wrong booking.
Collect and review the request of correcting the wrong booking from depot.
Communicate with BFM to double check and work out GL template.
Submit GL template on time and feedback to depot.
Monitor cost account.
Other GL:
Review other GL supporting file coming from depot.
Work out GL template and submit to RTC on time.
Follow up NTCS booking and feedback to depot.
Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates
? Completed higher education at least bachelor level
? Minimum 3 years working experiences in accounting team, preferable in multi-national companies,
? Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
Preferred Experience and Knowledge (number of years, type of experience)
? Knowledge and understanding of general ledger.
? Finance/Accounting policies and procedures.
? Basic knowledge of the Transport industry.
? Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work for multitasks at the same time and under restricted timeframe
Necessary Technical / Functional Skills
? Fluency in English and Mandarin ( at least in written )
? Technical skills to use MS Office, Lotus Notes to a high level,
? Familiar with SAP
